MY LIFE TESTIMONY: Before I was formed

Jeremiah 1:5 "I knew you before I formed you in your mother’s womb. Before you were born I set you apart and appointed you as my prophet to the nations.”

God has a plan for every person's life. No matter the circumstances surrounding a person's birth or the mistake that might have led to a child's birth, God surely has a well cut out plan. When we come to the understanding of God and his purpose, then we would know how awesome our God truly is. There are people whose parents attempted to abort them but because it wasn't part of God's plan, the abortion wasn't successful. God's power defies all medical reasoning. He knows about every unsuccessful attempt of abortion and even each child that was aborted successfully. God sees everything. OUR GOD IS GREATER THAN ANY OTHER.

I would say I am so privileged to be born. Once upon a time, in the city of Lagos, at a time when the economy wasn't so bad that  people had to resort to family-planning to ensure they had adequate resources to take care of the children in the family,  my parents decided to have 3 children and after the third child they put a stop to it or they thought they had but I had to come to the world! Special me had to be born. Therefore, God broke the law of family planning for me to be born. 'HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?!' was the first sentence that came from my dad, when my mom broke the joyous news to him that she was pregnant of me, and then he told her to do the needful (i.e terminate me! lol).

After all the arguments on whether to abort me or not and the begging of my dad by my mum, nurses and doctors, my father finally accepted to give me a chance to live, and mom then vowed that I will be her final stop. I am very convinced that it wasn't the pleading that gave me life but it was God that gave me a chance to live and show forth his glory on earth.
. I AM VERY SURE WE ALL HAVE OUR STORIES ALSO.
