FROM HUMILTY TO HONOUR

I have taken note of humble people and I see how they are highly honoured  in the end, so I would rightly say ' you have to go down, if you want to go up'.

1peter 5:6 says "humble yourself under th
e mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honour". There are two major phrases in this verse, though with common human sense, they are unrelated but in the kingdom, they go hand-in-hand.

The First one is to 'Humble yourself under the mighty power of God': It is a fact that our God is a mighty and powerful God; submitting to his will in our lives is the greatest form of humility. We submit by seeking his face, direction and his Will in prayer, fasting and reading of his word. Anywhere and anything he tells us to go or do, that we will do regardLess of how silly it makes us feel.

Secondly, ' and at the right time he will lift you up in honour' : there is a time of harvest, which we can also call the right time. It is important to note that God is not a wicked boss, if you do his will then he will honour you in return. When God lifts you up, he does it at the time when the world will have no choice than to give you that honour.

Be humble, wait on him and up you go.
