Praises that calms the soul

This morning, I had a dream amongst several other dreams, though I couldn't recall any of the dreams, yet I was able to recalled a particular dream, where I was thanking God for something and I was excited in my Spirit. I woke up with that same excitement in my Spirit only that I couldn't remember what I was being thankful for, so I decide to thank God for everything in my life today for it would all end in praise, including all the things that bothers me.

Psalm 42:5 says 'Why are you cast down, O my Soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for i shall yet praise Him for the Help of his countenance'. Knowing well that we had so many unanswered prayers and uncertainties for this season, the most soothing thing to do is to praise the God of all seasons.

I admonished us to praise God in this season, no matter what the situation maybe or the circumstances, let us still praise Him for the help of his countenance and He would show up for us.
